Character state and house rules
Hit points, concentration, conditions, notes, house rules and the parts of the sheet that remain under your control.
Hit points and conditions
- Type an amount, then select Damage, Heal or Temp. Temp HP never stacks; when the character already has some, choose Keep or Take.
- At 0 HP, the card becomes death saves. Damage at 0 marks a failure, and a critical hit marks two.
- Conditions apply the mechanics the engine represents. The card keeps the rest of the rule text visible.
- Damage while concentrating opens the saving throw with its DC already calculated. Casting another concentration spell warns before replacing the first.
Notes and house rules
- Character notes support Markdown, save as you type and are not shared with the DM.
- A live house rule changes the affected number and labels its contribution as a house rule.
- A table rule is text only. Rule sets can be saved, exported and applied to another character.
- While seated at a party, the party's rule set replaces the character's own set. The editor names who controls it and becomes editable again after leaving.
