What the table can see
The exact boundary between your sheet, the party view, the DM's read-only access and private notes.
| Surface | What it shows | Can it change your character? |
|---|---|---|
| Table view | Portrait, class, level, HP, AC, conditions and what is in hand | No |
| Open book | The full character sheet | No |
| DM view | The full character sheet | No |
| Private notes | Only you | Only you |
- Table view is the default. You can choose Open book when you want the other players to read the whole sheet.
- The DM can open the full sheet whichever player view you chose. They cannot read the character's private notes.
- The party strip shows seated characters, HP bars and conditions. During an encounter it also shows the round, current turn and revealed combatants.
- A creature marked Seen appears as Unknown creature. A hidden creature has no chip or map token on the player's side.
- The DM screen and handouts appear for players only after the DM reveals or publishes something.
